Game Two was tremendously exciting. The Red Wings came back to win, 7-4. Henrik Zetterberg collected a hat trick. With about five minutes left in the game, the trio left their seats located in the arena's stratosphere and made their way toward the ice. When they were about 10 rows from the ice, Bell and Teague launched their octopi. Sheptack, who had nearly lost a sandal on the way down, was tardy. When he finally tossed his payload, the police were in hot pursuit.

"The police handcuffed Chris and put him in a patrol car. They took him to jail. The bail was $500, and we did not have it. All we had were credit cards and about $150 in cash. The police did not take credit. We weren't sure what we were going to do," said Bell.

Picture Jimmy Cagney. Picture him banging the bars with a tin cup. Picture him calling the police "coppers." That's not exactly the picture that Sheptack presented. Still, it's a nice image.

Bell and Teague went to a bar across from the stadium to consider their dilemma. The place was packed, and a good chunk of the clientele favored the Red Wings. Bell and Teague decided to loudly announce Sheptack's plight. It was better than passing the collection plate at a Swaggart event. In about an hour, they had raised the $500.

"We went back to the police station, and talked to Chris. It was just like you see on television. We were on the phone talking through thick glass. He could not believe we had the $500. We bailed him out and went back to the bar. Everyone knew who he was. They were buying us drinks all night long. It was pretty cool. We were treated like kings," said Bell.
